An Evening of Comedy

Performed 23rd, 24th and 25th April, 2009 in Cobham Village Hall.

To complement Jimmie Chinn’s ‘Something to Remember You By’ directed by Sam Myers, Rodney Pearson directed an adaptation of four of the funniest of ‘The Canterbury Tales’ (written in modern verse). The tales were interwoven with short scenes from ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’ to form a comic one-act play.

‘Something to Remember You By’ was our entry for the 2009 Leatherhead Drama Festival. The Festival ran from 4th to 16th May 2009.
